Scope of Responsibility:

 

·     Use troubleshooting and repair skills to keep instrumentation for Fracture Stimulation Equipment in good working order.

·     Install and configure electronic, electro-mechanical and instrumentation equipment.

·     Travel to job locations to prove functionality of the fracturing equipment instrumentation, trouble shoot electronic problems, perform emergency repairs on electronics and instrumentation.

·     Perform Preventive Maintenance on Instrumentation and maintain Preventive Maintenance Records.

·     Perform routine calibrations on Instrumentation and maintain Calibration Records.

·     Perform functional testing on Instrumentation.

·     Observe the quality standards, established practices, safety requirements and good housekeeping.

·     Provide technical support to Operations in the form of operator training on electronic equipment.

·     Other duties as assigned.

·     Perform a high safety standard duty with initiative towards environmental issues.

·     Assist with orders for spare parts and maintain required electronic inventor.

 

Requirements

 

·     Educated to HNC or ONC standard in electronics/electrical engineering. 

·     Experience in maintenance and repair of conventional instrumentation such as flow meters, transducers, densimeters and closed loop controllers.

·     Instrumentation background

·     Knowledge of electronic test instruments & control systems.

·     Experience in data acquisition.

·     Essential to be fully conversant in spoken and written English and Chinese

·     Strong interpersonal skills and computer skills.

·     Work well in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.

·     Strong team player but works well independently.

·     Able to work in strictly confidential manner
