职位描述/要求:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Business Development
- Ensure new opportunities are identified and convert these opportunities into incremental, value creating revenue;
- Ensure (potential) customer contacts are aware of the value proposition.
- Relationship Management
- Ensure relationships are established and maintained at numerous levels in the customer's organizations;
- Liaise with Country Sales Manager for development of core Global Account Management revenue.
- Innovation
- Drive new models and approaches to generate new business opportunities.
- Account Business Reviews
- Ensure regular review structure is in place with Accounts (Quarterly Business Reviews, Annual Strategy Meeting).
- Commercial Reviews
- Ensure regular commercial reviews are taken place to continue to improve the profitability of accounts.
REQUIREMENT:
- Strong knowledge in International SCM, organizational awareness, business development experience;
- Master's Degree holder in Business Administration, or Degree in logistics/SCM, with 8+ Years International Supply Chain Management experience;
- Ability to apply a consultative and analytical approach to problem solving;
- Strong business acumen;
- First class presentation skills (especially to senior management);
- Ability to negotiate and close business;
- Ability to conceptualize.
