职位描述/要求:
The purpose of this role is to: 1. be responsible for organisational development strategies to support the organisation’s focus 2. Design and implement programs and initiatives to promote the organisational culture 3. Provide effective systems to support the development of our employee’s professional capabilities. The system will include the development of a corporate training calendar Role Balance: Specialist and Managerial - This role requires a strong focus on interaction with management and individuals and training consultants. The technical component will involve facilitation of performance improvement workshops, skills development and maintenance of company training calendar. Authorities: 1. To recommend organisational and individual development strategies, policies and procedures for company in 2. To recommend a learning and development strategy 3. To make recommendations on the content of the professional model and associated training calendar 4. To provide advice on the selection of training consultants 5. To initiate removal of programs / consultants from the company approved programs / providers / programs list Role Requirements: Behavioral Competencies required: 1. Interpersonal savvy, decision quality; 2. strategic agility, innovation management; 3. Customer focus, business acumen; 4. Negotiating, dealing with ambiguity. Experience required: 1. Practical knowledge of successful organisational change and a thorough and practical understanding of the success factors required for effective transition 2. Knowledge and experience in strategic human resources 3. Previous experience from a multinational environment either from corporate or consulting 4. Experience in facilitating performance improvement and/or change management workshops 5. Experience in developing and working with competency models Qualifications required: 1. Tertiary qualification in an appropriate discipline such as HR, commerce, social sciences, psychology, organisational behaviour 2. Post graduate qualifications preferred Other requirements: 1. Highly developed verbal and written English and Chinese communication skills 2. Ability to influence all levels of management 3. Expertise in organisational capabilities/change management/workforce planning/succession planning 4. Client focussed 5. Promotes a climate of innovation, change and adaptation 6. Consults and shares information within a team environment, and cross functionally
