Special Requirements:

1. Must demonstrate that you have made a significant contribution in the service-oriented industry for local market, preferably for luxury brands  with at least 3 years of experience
2. To have an extensive knowledge of international brands and ability to develop a strong local clientele base
3. To have ability and enthusiasm to deliver and review the selling and service targets and objectives for store to achieve business plan
4. To have the ability to manage and motivate a sales team to achieve sales budgets
5. Previous retail management experience between foreign entity and local landlords a plus
6. Fluent written and spoken English with excellent communication skill
7. Presentable outlook and can work under pressure
8. Willing to travel (within and out of China)
9. Flexible to take on short-term 'out-of-city' assignments as planned by Company
