JOB PROFILE

Location:      Shanghai  

Reporting to HSE Manager, Your responsibilities will include:-

• Coordinate with department on safety activities, including coaching, supervising, recommending, etc
• Draft safety procedures and ensure implementation throughout the site
• Participate and approve Process safety assessment (PHA,MOC, PSSR, etc.)
• Issue hazardous work permit
• Assist departments to investigate safety incident/ accident at site
• Conduct contractor safety training and evaluate contractor’s safety performance
• Coordinate external audits and follow up with relevant departments to close the findings
• Arrange and organize safety training
• Coordinate and organize emergency drill annually
• Responsible for coordinate and supervise maintenance of fire and safety emergency equipment
• Communication with safety authorities and update safety regulations to comply with the requirements
• Coordinate and implement new requirements from Corporate SHE
• Coordinate project manager with new project safety

The ideal applicant will have the following experience:-

• Good communication skill
• Strong responsible
• Ability of English writing, speaking and computer skill
• Minimum 3-5 years working experience in chemical safety
• Familiar with manufacturing safety, chemical process is preferred
• Technology background &working experience in HSE is much preferred
• Bachelor Degree in chemical engineering or equivalent
