职位描述/要求:
Responsibilities:
- Directs chemical sector OTC integration efforts within geography, including
acquisitions/JV’s.
- Responsible for customer support management.
- Responsible for providing needed support to ensure successful OTC implementation of Global
One.
- Responsible for training and quality assurance strategies.
- Implements region wide customer support model/processes as appropriate.
- Negotiates customer support model/process changes with Commercial leaders.
- P&L and budget planning responsibility for region’s customer support organization.
- Serves as member of International Council, where appropriate.
- Serves as member of OTC Process Council.
- Participates in industry benchmarking/customer support forums.
- Overall management scope includes approximately $150 million in sales revenue, 2 customer
support locations, and around 20 employees.
- Ensures process standardization across regions as appropriate.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, graduate degree preferred. Ability to speak multiple languages for the
region a plus. Must be fluent in English.
- 5 years of progressively increasing management experience (customer support, logistics,
. supply chain)
- Demonstrated leadership, change management and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to create and communicate vision and engage the people within the organization.
- Knowledgeable of current customer industry support models, technology and processes.
- B2B support experience preferred.
