职位描述/要求:
Responsibility:
- Business Development. Develop and monitor new market development at
dealer network and end users. Identify new business opportunities, gain new
customers and support with appropriate products/application promotions to
gain business .
- Technical Support. Provide technical training and advice to sales
teams and key customers/dealers, resolve quality complaints and
application problems in order to satisfy the technical needs of
customers. Conduct bulk trials at delected customers, give advice
for sales aids preparation conduct promotional seminars in order to
implement the predetermined marketing strategy.
- Customer Orientation. Develop and implement individual customer
oriented concepts in order to address individual customer's need
and help customers to be successful.
- Product Development. Explore and propose business opportunities,
suggest appropriate new product development to capture new business
revenue. Provide market intelligence information to
Sales/Marketing, Technical Marketing and R & D team for new product
development.
- Product Launching.To implement new products lauching activities
such as conducting presentation, discussion and bulk trials at
customer site in China. Coach the sales, marketing team by
conducting internal training, identify customers and monitors
progress closely and make periodical reports to Business
Development Manager, launching Manager and LOM. Conduct external
product launching seminars/workshops to promote new product and
meet sales targets.
- Training and developemnt. To train and update business development
team members, sales/marketing on products/application knowledge.
Requirement:
- Major in textile/ finishing with bachelor degree.
- At least 5 years experience in Finishing, some know how in dyeing
and pigment dyeing, able to run trials, familiar with relevant
finishing machinery.
- Good English skills, able to communicate on all levels.
