Our client is an ICONIC US FMCG brand with a vast manufacturing, sales and distribution base in China. With leading market share and continuous product development a need has arisen to recruit a CFO to cover the Northern China operations.

Reporting to the General Manager and the Regional CFO you will lead a team of finance professionals to ensure business and financial objectives are met. With manufacturing plants and sales office responsibilities across multiple locations you will lead accounting, reporting, tax, treasury, costing and budgeting for Northern China operations. You will also continuous look for improvements in internal controls and ensure US corporate and world best practise standards are applied to China operations. You will also assist with expansion plans by leading new feasibility analysis and current capex reviews in this region.

You will be a degree professionally qualified accountant with 12-15 years of experienced in a Multinational corporation within China. You will have managed both plant level operations and sales/ distribution functions as part of your financial responsibilities. Previous experience with joint ventures and dealing a US corporate Head office will be beneficial. You will be fluent with English and Mandarin and expected to travel 20% of your time within China.
