Responsibilities:
1.Lead the implementation and improvement of hardware development processes
2.Engage in all kinds of important certifications e.g. CMMI, ISO9001, ISO140001etc. for HW department
3.Coordinate the trainings for HW department      
4.Support project time schedule and cost planning

Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related major w/ more than two years of related work experience
2.Familiar with HW development of electronic products e.g. mobile phones
3.Familiar with mobile development process, especially hardware development processes
4.Knowledge of GSM/GPRS, EGDE/WCDMA technology preferred.
5.Familiar with MS Office and MS project tools
6.Good communication and coordination skills
7.Good team player
8.Fluent in English for both written and oral
