Responsibilities:
1.Establish project schedule, financial data and technical requirements to support the quotation process
2.Manage the development project from initiation through delivery according to an agreed scope of work.
3.Communicate customer requirements, project schedule and budget constraints to cross-functional teams, including design engineers, representatives of the target factory, senior management and consultants. 
4.Develop a risk management strategy, implement risk mitigation plans and track risk exposure throughout the project
5.Assess causes of problems and deviations from program deliverables and provide technical support and direction to project team to resolve issues.
6.Maintain project plan and deliverables documents, schedules, status reports, financials tracking,
7.Conduct presentations of technical information concerning specific project schedules, status, etc.
8.Interact frequently with customers representatives and/or functional peer group managers

 

Requirements:
1.Engineering master degree.
2.At least 5 years of project management experience in product development industry; experience on medical programs is preferred
3.Good understanding of principles and processes of mechanical design, electronics design and embedded SW design.
4.Extensive know-how of product development processes and common manufacturing technologies
5.Proven experience in customer management
6.Good analytical and good communication skills both written and oral
7.Good with project documentation and reporting
8.Ability to operate in a matrix organization driving resources who are not direct reports; strong leadership.
9.Ability to work under constant pressure and to work around challenges and roadblocks to meet the targets
10.Ability to collaborate across boundaries, disciplines, cultures, and levels within the organization.
•High proficiency in English both written and oral as well as Chinese
•Highly motivated and willing to frequently travel on business trips
