Responsibilities:
1.Make the product development schedule and resource plan on software;
2.Set up project team and ensure the communication flow in the organization
3.Monitor and manager the whole development procedure based on the company process flow.
4.Work closely with account manager to check the feasibility of customer projects, provide RFQ and kick off the projects
5.Responsible for the project documentation for software
6.Communicate with customers as needed
7.Organize the project team meeting on a regular basis
8.Keep tracking of the project timing
9.Support department manager in identifying issues related with the project management and initiating proposal for the future improvement
Requirements:
1.B.A. degree in Software Engineering.
2.5+ years working experience in software development and 3+ year software management experience at least.
3.Capability of building, developing and leading a highly competent software development team.
4.Excellent capability in English communication. German is plus
5.Automotive industry experience preferred. 
6.Multi-culture environment preferred.
7.Highly developed inter-personal skill, communication skill and capability for project planning, coordination and management.
