Responsibilities:
1.Create Test House Plan.
2.Set up test plan and time schedule for Mobile Phones according to R&TTE, GCF, FCC, Chinese NA/TA, CCC standard requirement.
3.Follow up the standard, forecast the standard requirement development in near future.
4.Track the SW/HW modifications and estimate the influence to respective standards, forecast the risk and take the measure to meet excellent quality and time-to-market requirement.
5.Prepare documents for accredited test house, notify body and different operators.
6.Coordination of conformance test with the accredited test house externally, with the different standards test responsibility internally.
7.To achieve all the certificates, ensure the product time to market time schedule.
Requirements:
1.At least 3 years software testing experience in mobile communication industry.
2.Bachelor or above degree in telecommunication, computer science or similar disciplines.
3.Good at project planning, control and report.
4.Excellent knowledge of mobile phone case design.
5.Very good knowledge of WAP, MMS, GPRS, GSM, TCP/IP, PPP protocol and applications and certification process.
6.Knowledge in GSM/GPRS/UMTS/TD-SCDMA standards and knowledge in test methodologies and test processes. Familiar with test management tools, such as Clear Quest/Test Director.
7.Experience in user interface (UI) development and test automation concept. Preferably with 2+ years programming experience in .Net, C/C++, JAVA, PHP, Perl, Python script languages.
8.Excellent problem analysis, judgment, solving skills; Proactive, team working and strong ability on learning.
9.Good in verbal and written English.
