本职位工作地点:上海或深圳

 

Responsibilites:

1.Perform all fieldwork in competent and professional manner.
2,Provide evidential support for all report recommendations.
3.Identify and document controls or lack thereof to protect assets from loss, evaluate areas of risk and detect and prevent fraud
4.Prepare adequate work papers as required by type of audit
5.Prepare recommendations for consideration or implementation considering materiality, pertinence to audit and documentary evidence
6.Stay abreast of laws and other regulatory issues that impact corporate governance and control
7.Stay abreast of relevant accounting principles and pronouncements as well as all relevant corporate policies
8.Interact with all levels of management at audited sites

 

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or equivalent in accounting/Law/Business…
2.At least 3 years experience
3.Previous audit experience
4.Ability to instruct and train others
5.Inquisitive by nature
6.Demonstrated ability to probe and discover information not readily evident
7.Capable of understanding all details of the business
8.Capable of standing up to others, including superiors
9.Extremely organized
10.Detail oriented
11.Extensive knowledge of computer systems
12.Excellent written and oral communication skills
13.Good understanding China Law will be a advantage
14.Willing to travel 50% to 70% of the time
15.Could be Senior Auditor depends on experience and ablity
