Responsibilities:
Lead or coordinate activities related with the customer, eg.
- Develop and maintain customer relationship;
- Establish effective communications. Actively provide timely aid to customers inquiries;
- Develop short term and long term strategic business plan for growth.
Requirements:
- College Degree or above in related fields.
- Two years related customer service experience is required.
- Any trade service or sourcing working experience would be preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent English and Japanese, verbal and written.
- Good computer skills in CRM, excel, word and PowerPoint.
- Positive, motivating and inspiring personalities.
