1. Responsibilities/Job Roles

 

Work with suppliers and Company team to make sure programs run smoothly and successfully:
A. Work with quality and sourcing teams to find opportunity for new suppliers and new products, conduct business survey and select suppliers if required.
B. Work with US team to setup product technical specification (PTS) and do the risk assessment.
C. Setup program schedule with suppliers and Company team, and make sure the product will be launched on time.
D. Closely work with suppliers at different product development stages, make sure supplier run all the evaluation tests per Company's test procedures (ETP), and make sure the product meet requirements in PTS.
E. Conduct Technical review and Program review with US team.
F. Supplier management
G. Explain Company NPI process to suppliers, and communicate with suppliers on PTS & ETP's.

 

2.Qualifications/Requirements

A.  Good cross-team working capability.
B   Dishwasher system and subsystem design experience
C. Good English communication skill.
D. Self-motivated and pro-active.
E. Capability of building good relationship with cross-team member and suppliers.
F.  Major in Mechanical, university degree.
G.  At least 5 years working experience in R&D.
H. Familiar with 6 sigma (DMAIC & DFSS).
I. Basic reliability concept.

 

3. Desired Requirements:

A. Project Management Professional (PMP) trained or certified
B. DFSS project execution, Green Belt (GB) is a Plus.
