Job Description  QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor degree with major in international trading or Engineering
* At least 5 years of relevant working experience;
* Capability to handle matrix environment and relationship;
* Energized, be able to deliver under pressure;
* Able to work successfully in a team environment;
* Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work effectively & independently;
* Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Proficiency in computer skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Review purchase request of end-user through internal system to determine information/data adequately define the request;
* Negotiate price and other terms & conditions with professional and promptly attitude;
* Create purchase order in system and issue to vendor;
* Follow up the delivery of purchase order in due course and resolve the issues of delivery properly;
* Drive to deflation without compromise of quality of the goods provided;
* Stratigic sourcing,when integrated, coordinate with buying activities at other R&D centers or Company operations in China;
* Supplier management and auditing;
* Ensure compliance with local laws, company policies and objectives for customs/sourcing.

3.负责过的采购量要比较大

4.有供应商开发,审核,评估,成本分析,价格谈判,供应商管理等相关工作.

5.英语口语要流利

6.有跨国公司工作背景
