职位描述/要求：
Responsibilities
"1. Adapting course prepared by worldwide FastTrak organization to the Chinese market needs. 2. Conducting lectures and lab on upstream bioreactor and downstream purification separation techniques including chromatography & membrane separation, cGMP implementation and SFDA regulations. 3. Develop good working relationships with key account scientists. Identifying, soliciting and securing application development collaborations with key account customers. Conduct Experimental work on customer projects. Delivering final reports on experimental wok performed for customers. 4. Develop expertise for downstream process development, operation of large scale bioprocess equipment and SFDA regulations to support sales department and customers with expert advice. Coordinating training courses with the sales department; planning and implementing training events. 5. Meeting performance targets for Fast Trak Education and Process Development. 6. Publish in trade journals or peer reviewed scientific journals at least once a year. Present scientific results in poster or lecture session in key scientific meetings." Qualifications "1. Preferably PhD level chemical-engineer or biochemist. Have several (>5) years of practical industrial experience in process development or production of biopharmaceuticals, preferably at a major biotech or biopharmaceutical company. 2. Practical, hands-on, industrial experience and theoretical knowledge of the basic techniques used for upstream bioreactor operation and downstream purification of biopharmaceuticals (filtration, chromatography, centrifugation, etc.) at pilot or process scale. Good understanding of the basics of process economy. 3. Accomplished presenter to critical audiences or teacher. 4. Good people skills. Proven ability to work in team environment and able to develop lasting working relationship with customer. 5. Excellent written communication skills in English and Chinese. 6. Proven publication record." 要求：
