职位描述/要求：
l.Reporting to CEO of the company and based in
Beijing
2.Covering the following key partners:
1)Data, Marketing, R&D, Billing, Network and Finance (if needed) department within CMCC.
2)Aspire and Gao Yang in Beijing
3.Role and responsibilities:
1)Collecting and analyzing on-going business data for internal decision making
2)Maintaining close relationship with major partners. Identifying internal coach in those critical departments if possible
3)Looking for new business opportunities through effective communication with partners
4)Negotiating necessary resources and conditions with partners for other business functions like products, operations and technical team
5)Managing business risks along with other teams
Qualifications
1.In-depth understanding of telecommunication, mobile services and internet services (music related background preferred)
2.Broad connections within target accounts
3.8+ year experience in sales, marketing and business development in middle or large companies (multinational preferred)
4.Good communication and negotiation skills, team spirit
5.University education background. Mandarin and English are mandatory.
Performance criteria:
1.Company revenue
2.Quality of business relationship, information, resources and opportunities brought to the business
3.Risk management results
