Role: Cost Manager
General Qualifications:
1.         5 years costing working experience for industry firms preferably with a US multi-national company. Familiar with manufacturing process and control points as well as standard cost system. 
2.         Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a respected undergraduate college; CPA qualification in either China or US would be a strong benefit but not required.
3.         Highly effective communication & interpersonal skills in dealing with internal/external parties.
4.         Competence in MS office, excel and experience in foreign ERP system will be considered first.
5.         Written and Verbal fluency in English preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1.         Costing control: include monitor on manufacture rate/ purchasing price and routing.
2.         Standard cost set up, review and evaluation. Include daily standard cost maintain in ERP system.
3.         Standard cost calculate and analysis for new products. And update in time per globule process.
4.         Cost variance analysis. Include purchasing price variance analysis; Job order variance analysis;
5.         Inventory control as well as cycle count monitor.
6.         List price reviewed annually and daily special quotation (include inter company & trade)
7.         Prepare monthly & annually relevant costing report.
8.         Assistant controller on Other financial areas. Such as prepare supplement budget report; fixed assets control and monitor on month end OR / OP report, etc.
9.         Some VAT invoices printing and post.

岗位要求：
1.         五年以上制造业，最好是外资企业成本工作经验，熟悉工业产品基本生产流程及成本控制要点以及标准成本核算方法。
2.         财务专业本科或以上学位，有注册会计师资格证书优先考虑。
3.         较强的部门间及公司间的沟通和人际协作能力，思路清晰，思维灵活，较为缜密的思维能力。
4.         熟悉微软办公软件，特别是EXCEL的高水平使用，具有一定的数据库建立、修改等操作能力，有欧美ERP软件实施及应用经验者优先。
5.         熟练的英语听说读写能力。
岗位职责：
1.         成本控制，包括生产制造费率、采购价格、及工艺等方面的成本监控。
2.         负责公司标准成本的制订、分析和修改等工作。包括标准成本在ERP系统中的日常维护。
3.         负责公司新产品的成本分析及核算,并按每个标准化流程，及时更新到ERP系统中。
4.         负责公司成本差异分析，包括原材料采购的审核及差异分析；生产成本作业单的差异分析及控制；
5.         负责公司存货的控制和对循环盘点工作的指导；
6.         公司价格表的年度审核及特殊产品寻价的日常报价。（包括关联公司及贸易）
7.         提供月末、年末相关成本报表。
8.         协助财务总监其他财务方面的工作，如预算明细报表的准备、固定资产审核、其他应收、其他应付月末明细表的提供；
9.         部分增值税发票的打印
