某国际500强电气自动化公司-Project and process Finance Manager

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

 

1.        To carry out accounting integration following management decision
2.        To enhance process standardization and optimization
3.        To enforce Shared Service internal control
4.        To drive continuous improvement within FiSS organization
5.        Key member in FiSS China management team

REGULAR RESPONSIBILITIES

1.      Lead business integration projects
2.      Lead or support operational accounting teams to optimize processes
3.      Monitor FiSS productivity and service level and drive improvement
4.      Develop and implement FiSS training matrix and develop people
5.      Coach and mentor the team to continuously improve performance
6.      Perform general management responsibilities as part of the FiSS China Management Team

KEY INTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS

 

1.        Report to FiSS China Director
2.        Manage the staff in project and process team
3.        Coordinate with FiSS China operational teams and other regions in FiSS APAC
4.        Lead project teams composed of FiSS member or other Schneider function teammembers
5.        Manage customer relationship and set up good business relationship with controllers in integration projects
 

REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

 

1.      8+ years working experience in Finance related function
2.      3+ years experience in people management or project management in Finance function
3.      Experience in Financial Management systems in an entity working within an ERP enabled environment
4.      Advanced talking, writing and reading proficiency in Mandarin and English
