职位描述/要求:
Position :Catalyst Sales Manager
Background :
- Master degree from Beijing Petroleum University or equivalent
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in Refining & Petrochemical industry is requested, with successful experience as catalyst sales manager. Expertise in hydroprocessing catalyst is a plus
- Good networking ability
Based in Beijing, the Catalyst Sales Representative is responsible of :
- Reaching  an annual budget of Catalysts Sales in P.R. China territory.
- The local Market development by regular promoting actions of products.
- Understanding the clients needs and, after close technical exchanges with XXX headquarters, he is able to adjust the offer.
- Conducting a strategy through Marketing Approach through a clear vision of the Chinese catalysts and adsorbents market
- The preparation of a yearly budget for the territory and provides written reporting to XXX Head office on monthly basis.
- The local negotiation of the catalyst & absorbent sales contract in relation with both the commercial department and legal department of XXX Head Office.
The catalyst Sales Manager is reporting to the General Manager of XXX (Beijing), and for catalyst and adsorbent sales he reports functionally to Catalyst & Absorbent commercial department based in Head office.
