Account Manager-Banking

Key Responsibilities
·Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue
·Understand client organization, decision process, operation scheme, etc. Monitor any key change and analyze impact on our business
·Leading project management activity; provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations
·Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client
·Work for contracts/contracts renewal, orders and invoices, and is responsible for payment collections.
 
Ideal Experience
·At least 3+ years of commercial experience in Sales & Marketing and Service Management, ideally have experience in smart card industry or with banking domain knowledge.
·Experience in working in international companies, preferably experience with European and US businesses;
 
Personal Characteristics
·A proven sales skills; this may include presentation, negotiation, planning, etc.
Capable to understand basic technical concepts; then build good knowledge on company offer
·Good communication skills with other team and build action plan for sales target
·Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English language mandatory, further languages desirable.
