Costing Supervisor

Job Description: 
        Reporting and Forecast 
1.      Forecasts and downloads reports and performs multiple analysis during month end closing.   
        Sales and MCOS reconciliation, EDM, Scrap and Weekly tracker load.
        Prepares and analyzes reports like VAM%, PPV rollout, scrap level, VIR, identifies gaps and eliminates errors in the process. Loads OS reports.
        Prepares full P&L vision by customer.
        Forecasts by loading OS, reviewing allocation drivers and validating variances and OP at site / customer level.
 
2.     Cost Management:   
       Perform tasks on specific items, such as; closing WO; analyzing future PPV, Scrap, EDM´s, Freights, DL &IDL, OH, Cap DL and MOH etc.
       Identify improvement opportunities and generate actions to drive them.
       Analyzes all cost accounts by Customer / Site.
 
3.     Focus on Continuous improvement  

       Identifies and leads Kaizen opportunities and other improvement projects based on their knowledge of the P&L and Balance Sheet.
       Participates in other Kaizen activities driven by operations.
       Is a key player to achieve the requirements set in the Finance Road maps.
 
4.     Accounts Payables and Receivables Management:   
       Review AR reconciliations, invoice vs. shipment vs. customer statement.
       Review general AR performance. Lead implementation of a perfect invoice process.
       Review AP conciliation and Optika analysis, pushing for resolution of pending items, including AP Debits.
 
5.     Inventory Management:  
       Perform analysis like E&O Inventory, Load vs. forecast (planning), etc.
       Analysis of inventory aging, BOM, inventory lost & ECO´s, MRB, etc.
       Roll out standard, E&O tracker with CFT team.
       Understand all non nettable locations and challenge the site operations on the items kept in them,
 
Job Requirements: 
1.        Bachelor degree with major in Accounting or financing;
2.        At least 4 years working experience in finance analysis or costing area.
3.        Experience with Baan is preferred.
4.        Advanced computer skills: MS office, Excel, PPT.
5.        Good written and spoken English;
6.        Detail and result oriented with strong integrity, commitment and independence
7.        Willing to work under pressure with positive and cando attitude
