汇报对象：全国区域市场经理
主要工作职责：
1、负责区域消化产品的产品管理。
2、负责区域相关产品推广计划的制定，配合销售完成区域销售指标。
3、配合中央市场部的策略和行动计划，负责区域相关产品学术活动的规划与安排。
4、负责区域相关产品与竞争品市场信息的收集。
5、积极和中央市场部和销售部的沟通协调，管理区域内的重要专家。
6、日常和销售协访，并做好相关协访记录，给予区域销售管理人员反馈。
7、日常疾病及产品知识的培训。
招聘要求：
年龄：28岁以上
学历：本科及以上学历
专业：医药等相关专业
经验：5年以上工作经验，3年以上市场推广或医药销售经历，有外企工作经验者优先。
性格：诚实、开朗、积极、善于沟通
其他：有较强的市场分析能力与演讲技巧；熟练使用办公软件，英文良好，愿意出差。
