Reports to: National Sales and Marketing Manager Location: Guangzhou or Chengdu
Overall Statement of The Job Responsible for Intuitive Surgical Application in end customers and regional sale in EP and Surgery 负责机器人产品在最终客户的临床应用和管辖区域的销售工作
General Statement of Duties - Ensure finish the sale target; 按时完成销售目标; - Ensure custom normal visiting in the responsible region; 负责管辖区域的客户拜访; - Ensure marketing data collection; 负责市场信息、数据的收集; - Ensure after sale technical support. (Good product knowledge, good attitude to custom); 负责售后技术服务支持,具备良好的产品知识,客户服务意识; - Set the Robotic clinical application and training plan in local territory; 制定手术机器人在所在区域内的临床应用计划和培训计划; - To organize doctors’ training and use of Robotic product based on the purchasers’ request and surgical trait in hospital. To insure doctors can use Robotic product accurately and fulfill operation; 根据购买机器人医院的外科特点及医院决策层对机器人在医院使用的要求,逐科室的组织医生培训和使用.保证医生正确使用产品,成功开展手术.并达到手术量目标; - Take part in Robotic marketing activities and gather operations tracking data. Assist to publish regular marketing publications; 参与机器人设备的市场活动,定时汇总上报手术跟踪数据,协助完成定期市场刊物的出版;

Requirements - Medical undergraduate above with major in Clinical medical, the one with operation experience is preferred; 有医学本科以上教育背景,临床医学专业为佳, 有跟台手术经验为佳; - Two years above surgical equipment relative working experience,the one with related sales experience is preferred; 有2年以上外科医疗设备相关工作经验,有相关销售经验者为佳; - Experience in product manager and training manager is preferred; 具有培训工作经验为佳; - Be proficient in English; 英语水平熟练;
