Chief Maintenance Technician（焊接网）

The Chief Maintenance Technician is both a fully trained and experienced machinist and millwright fully competent to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a wide variety of industrial equipment. Processes in our factory include; high speed and high precision mechanical machinery, resistance welding technology, roll forming, material handling and packaging. Primary duties and responsibilities will involve Maintain, repair overhaul, calibrate and test a wide variety of industrial equipment Troubleshoot Process Controller hardware, maintain a functional knowledge of system hardware and software Preventative maintenance inspections, diagnosing existing or potential trouble; clean, lubricate, calibrate and adjust as conditions indicate to increase equipment reliability Layout, install and place into service new devices; Capable of understanding drawings and diagrams including, wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and specifications in making installations or performing major repair work. Understanding of mechanical components such as gear and belt drives, servo drives, cams, actuators, bearing types and fits, and general material properties. Keep records; make verbal and written reports of work preformed. Good working knowledge of PLC’s, instrumentation, electromechanical and pneumatic devices. Basic ability to troubleshoot and analyze both mechanical and control problems and take corrective actions.
