岗位职责：
HRM （Asia-Pacific）
Job Description
• Take charge of all HR strategy in Asia-Pacific，align HR strategy with the corporate and local strategy
• 负责亚太区人力资源发展战略，根据公司战略建立符合公司发展方向的人力资源部门发展战略
• Build,  manage and optimize the HR team
• 人力资源团队建设和优化管理
• Promote and contribute to the establishment of HR standards and the standardization of HR policies and practices
• 提出并帮助建立人力资源部门相关政策和规定标准
• Optimize the structure of HR Department
• 人力资源部机构优化
• Optimize the system of C & B
• 员工薪酬体系优化
• Based on company business strategies , establish training and development system to promote talent development culture in China
• 根据集团战略方针，建立集团培训和发展体系
• Support in developing and managing talent development program
• 帮助集团建立和发展人才储备项目
• Formulate and implement systematic and effective recruitment system
• 建立和实施系统高效的招聘体系
• Consult with management on organizational strategic development needs
• 与集团各部门实时沟通，了解公司战旅发展方向和需求
• Select, monitor, manage and evaluate team effectiveness, and continuously initiate actions to enhance effectiveness of HR Team
• 团队成员建设和监督管理，帮助人力资源团队不断提升其工作效率 和其战略价值


任职要求：
Requirements
 
• Master degree or above
• 硕士或以上学历
• Over 5years experience in HR team building and management, preferable in Instruments and Meters & Industrial Automation companies
• 5年以上人力资源团队建设和管理经验，仪器仪表及工业自动化行业公司最佳
• Familiar with all the HR functions (experienced in C&B, Recruitment, Employee Relationships, and Training
• 熟悉人力资源各个模块，并有扎实的各模块经验 （员工薪酬，集团招聘，员工关系，员工培训）
• Good oral English, Logical and analytical thinking
• 良好的英文能力 逻辑思考和分析能力
• Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels
• 很好的沟通交流能力和极佳的个人魅力
• Collaborative, team-orientation
• 很好的团队合作精神
