职位描述/要求：
岗位职责 1. 协助部门主管积极开拓目标行业的租赁市场、选择租赁项目； 2. 进行目标行业调查； 3. 完成租赁项目批准前基础性的调查研究工作； 4. 设计具有针对性、系统性的租赁方案； 5. 负责对承租企业审查报告的撰写； 6. 主管交办的其他工作。 任职资格 1. 大学本科及以上学历（财会、经济、金融、工程类专业为佳）； 2. 金融机构/租赁公司/汽车行业/工程机械行业相关业务岗位三年以上工作经历； 3. 了解租赁业务或信贷业务为佳； 4. 具备一定的财务、法律和投资方面的知识； 5. 具备较好的英语水平为佳； 6. 具备一定的独立分析能力，综合判断能力； 7. 具备一定的开拓能力和积极乐观的心态； 8. 工作主动、积极、认真、谨慎；责任心强，具备较强的团队精神和承压能力； 9. 身体健康、能够适应经常性出差。 应聘者请附上近照，谢谢！ 联系方式：

Incorporated on November 23, 2007, Q-TZG Financial Leasing (China) Company Limited is a finance company licensed by China 's MOFCOM to conduct local currency leasing business. We are focused on customers and assets in the transportation, construction sectors and other potential industries. We seek to fill a significant market gap, where medium sized businesses in China are often unable to secure financing despite their high credit worthiness. Q-TZG Leasing has a preference for developing long term partnerships with vendors, dealers, and rental companies to deepen our reach into our target assets and customer markets. We hope to set new standards in China 's leasing market in the areas of customer service and risk management, and to become one of China 's leading leasing companies in terms of innovation, asset size, and performance over the next 3 to 5 years.
