职位描述/要求：

职责：
 1、负责团队对客户订单的交付，对客户紧急需求的协调，以及客户长期需求预测的跟踪；
 2、对团队运作的绩效负责；
 3、在最优库存水平下，支持团队成员对客户紧急订单、物流突发事件的处理；
 4、与客户的物流部门一起，设计和优化物流concept，确保交付操作的可靠性和经济性；
 5、在供应链管理知识上，完善客户物流管理的业务流程；
 6、对新员工在SAP、业务流程、工作方法方面进行培训。
要求：
1、本科以上学历；
2、两年制造企业物流工作经验；
3、一年项目管理经验；
4、两年团队管理经验；
5、两年出口交付管理经验；
6、熟练的英语沟通能力；
7、较强客户沟通能力；
8、较强的执行力。

大陆汽车电子（芜湖）有限公司（Continental Automotive Wuhu Co., Ltd），是由德国大陆集团和芜湖经济技术开发区建设总公司共同投资组建的中德合资企业。公司于1995年5月10日正式成立。中、德双方投资比率分别为11.81％和88.19％。公司具有独立法人资格。公司集技术、制造、服务于一体，拥有四个事业部：仪表与显示事业部、供油系统事业部、传感器与发动机事业部、商用车及售后服务事业部。2010年度，公司销售额31.1亿人民币，出口5506万美元，向国家上缴税收3.6亿元人民币，现拥有员工2400余人 。公司主要产品为汽车仪表、供油系统、发动机管理系统零部件。目前向国内各主要汽车生产企业（ 包括一汽集团，上汽集团，华晨集团，广汽集团，中国重汽，陕汽，奇瑞，江淮，吉利，长城，武汉神龙，上海大众，一汽大众，上海通用，上汽通用五菱，北京现代，北京奔驰，北汽福田，北方奔驰，华晨宝马，南汽，长安铃木，长安福特等用户）供应上述产品，并出口至海外十多个国家，供应包括通用大宇，日本铃木等国外用户。公司成立至今，凭借其良好的企业管理模式和出色的经营业绩，已经一跃成为中国汽车制造行业最大的汽车零部件的供应商之一。

The investment rate of the Chinese and German party is respectively 11.81％ and 88.19％. The company has independent corporate capacity. Continental Automotive Wuhu Co., Ltd. integrates technology, manufacturing and service within its four business units Instrumentation and Displays (ID), Fuel Systems (FS), Sensors & Actuators (S&A) as well as Commercial Vehicle & Aftermarket (CV & AM). In the year of 2010, the sales of all business unit is 3.11 billion RMB, exporting 55.06 million RMB and paying tax 360 million RMB.Till 2010, there are 2400 employees in Continental Automotive Wuhu Co., Ltd.

The main products of Continental Automotive Wuhu are instrument, fuel supply system, sensors and acurators, etc.We supply our products to domestic customers such as, FAW,SAIC, GAC,CNHTC,SAG,Brilliance Auto,Chrey,Geely,GW,DPCA,FAW-VW,SVW,Changan Ford,etc and export to foreign customers of more than 10 countries, including GM Daewoo, Suzuki, etc.
