根据罗氏在中国的业务发展需要,协助部门策略负责人制定医院准入策略;建立有效的医院准入管理体系和操作流程;策划与医院准入相关的项目和活动;整合医院准入、渠道策略和招标策略,应对不同的市场准入状况和要求;与公司部相关团队建立良好的合作关系
Assist head of strategy to set up hospital access strategy based on Roche business development needs in China; Build up effective hospital access management system and operation procedure; Plan relevant project and activity of hospital access; Integrate hospital access, distribution and bidding strategy to confront different market access situation; Build up good working relationship across functions.

1, 协助部门策略负责人制定医院准入策略
Assist head of strategy to set up hospital access strategy
- 每年根据公司策略制定医院准入策略和实施计划
Set up entire hospital access strategy and plan base on corporate strategy
- 每年根据品牌策略制定各品牌医院准入策略和实施计划
Set up hospital access strategy and action plan for each brand base on their brand strategy
- 研究与医院准入相关的政策并确定相关对策
Study relevant policy of hospital access and make corresponding countermeasures
2, 建立有效的医院准入管理体系和操作流程
Build up effective hospital access management system and operation procedure
- 与BU协商年度医院准入计划及实施计划
Work with BU to develop yearly hospital access plan and action plan
- 跟进及分析医院准入计划实施状况
Track and analyze implementation status of hospital access plan
- 建立医院准入的监控体系
Build up hospital access dashboard
- 建立并完善系统和报告协助医院准入计划和项目
Build up and improve system to assist hospital access plan and project
- 建立相关的SOP流程,有效管理医院准入计划和项目
Set up relevant SOP to manage hospitals access plan and project effectively
3, 策划与医院准入相关的项目和活动
Plan relevant project and activity of hospital access
- 及时了解各省医院准入政策,与大区经理讨论制定对应政策
Obtain provincial hospital access policy, and discuss with region manager to set up corresponding
countermeasures
- 与CAMAC部门的项目团队合作策划全国活动
Work with MASPI project team to plan nationwide activities
- 协助大区经理和区域项目经理策划区域活动
Assist regional manager and regional project manager to plan region activities
- 定期拜访关键医院客户,了解其需求和动向
Regularly visit KDM of key account hospitals to understand their needs and tendencies
- 为医院准入团队设计推广资料,并建立相应的信息库
Design promotion material for hospital access, and set up intelligence database
4, 整合医院准入、渠道策略和招标策略,应对不同的市场准入状况和要求
Integrate hospital access, distribution and bidding strategy to confront different market access situation
- 根据医院招标现状和策略计划,设计相应的医院准入计划
According to hospital bidding status and planning to design relevant hospital access planning
- 根据渠道准入策略和计划,设计相应的医院准入计划
According to distribution planning to design relevant hospital access planning
- 根据市场准入现状和要求,联合渠道和招标策略负责人一起设计市场准入策略
According to market access statues and requirement, combine distribution and bidding strategy team to design market access strategy and planning
5, 与公司内部相关团队建立良好的合作关系
Build up good working relationship across function
- 与MASPI团队合作策划全国KDM项目
Keep close cooperation with MASPI team to plan nationwide project
- 与招标策略团队合作,了解招标策略和医院采购模式,并制定相关的对策
Cooperate with hospital bidding strategy team. understand bidding strategy and hospital procurement
model, and make corresponding countermeasures
- 与一线团队、CAMA团队、BU等建立良好的合作关系,并建立相应的合作机制
Set up good cooperation with frontline team, CAMAC team and Bus, and build up collaboration system accordingly
- 负责提高医院准入团队的专业技能和职业素养
Responsible for improving the hospital access team’s professional skills and quality
任职要求:
Education/Qualifications教育程度/所获资格证书
大学本科及以上学历,3-5年医药相关领域工作经验,具咨询背景者优先。
Bachelor degree or above, 3-5 years relevant working experience in pharmaceutical field. Consulting experience is preferred.
