职位描述
Overview of the Position:
- As dedicated Sales to develop BOBST business in Greater China Corrugated Board industry (including Litho-Lamination segment) and sell the related solutions, based on BOBST Lyon, Bobst Korea and Grenchen products.
- To maintain BOBST as one of the major players in advanced solutions for Corrugated Board and Litho-Lamination industry, not only in selling solutions, but in answering to specific customer needs from proposal to delivery and to technical application activities.
- To detect the Needs of the Market, and work on the preparation of the future, directly to support customers long term projects, and indirectly to gather innovation needs for BOBST to adapt its development for future CB market needs.
Responsibilities: in order to fully ensure the interface between customers (markets) & product expertise (industrial operations) on the relevant products of the portfolio:
- To work closely with the ASM, SM and agents in all CB and Litho-Lamination projects, with a strong ability to act transversally to support sales development.
- to establish a strong relationship with CB customers and extend as much as possible the customer base being the fundamental role to bridge the internal of BOBST with the customers.
- To build up a strong network within BOBST Lyon, Bobst Korea and Grenchen, especially with Sales & Marketing, but also with people supporting the sales force in sales tools development, products evolution, services.
- To set up a professional relationship with the ETERNA sales team who acts as leads finder.
By:
- Organizing technical meetings, product/technology presentations, TCO calculations, customer visits, etc…
- Analysing the needs & requests and addressing the right advises, offers, contracts…
- Preparing the presentations to promote BOBST solutions, lead the negotiations and value-based selling.
- In charge of sales report, business analysis report, etc for the sales activities and forecast in his responsibility.
Education & Languages:
- Bachelor degree or above major in Business or Engineering or Technical Graduate required with significant experience in commercial;
- Excellent English & Mandarin Communication skills, French or German is a plus.
Professional Skills & Experience:
- Strong knowledge in CB industry process and Litho-Lamination (experience in those segment production or application would be a plus)
- Customer oriented. Results oriented with strong self-motivated characteristics
- Very strong relationship, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Good verbal & written communication.
- Willing & Available to travel frequently
