Job Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research with a strategic mindset.
2. Plan and execute branding events(open houses, webinars, info sessions, alumni panels, or industry-focused workshops).
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (faculty, alumni relations) to ensure seamless logistics, speaker coordination, and on-site management.
4. Collaborate with Admissions to ensure marketing efforts align with recruiting goals and timelines. Develop and execute strategies to drive lead generation at recruiting events. Ensure all lead data is accurately captured and integrated into the CRM system for seamless follow-up by the admissions team.
5. Creative production (including posters, short videos, and graphic design) and website management (regularly update and maintain the content and monitor its performance).
6. Event Evaluation: Measure the success of each event through attendance, engagement metrics, and feedback surveys. Use this data to refine future event strategies.
Job Requirements:
1. 5 years of working experience in project management and business administration, Preferably with event management experience;
2. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; Good public speaking skills;
3. Detail-orientated and customer service-oriented approach;
4. Strong sense of responsibility and high ethical standards;
5. Mature, energetic, team-player;
6. English and Mandarin proficiency; prior overseas study or living experience is a plus;
7. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
8. Flexible regarding international travel and working over weekends;
9. Bachelor’s Degree or above.
