- Bachelor degree with major in Foreign Trade or major in relevant English courses, CET4 or 6. TEM4 or 8 priority. - Good human relation/communication skills as well as self-motivation and independently work skills, willing to learn and accept new challenges - Have good English skills in speaking, writing and reading. - Solid ability of logical and problems solving skills - Aspiring to work in the pharmaceutical industry - Be familiar with standard computer skills, experiences of Kingdee ERP is highly preferred. - Excellent fresh graduates are not limited in experience - Responsible to prepare correct purchasing plan based on the customer requirements and the materials characteristics in terms of inventory control and lead time - Responsible for preparing and releasing purchase orders. Closely communicate with suppliers to ensure the materials OTD to match customer request. - Responsible for daily communication with suppliers, and negotiate with suppliers on issues of return, exchange or compensation in case of delivery time or quality problems of delivered batches. - Timely handover the supplier invoices to finance to ensure the payment cycle is in accordance with the company framework contract. - Managers assign other temporary work.
