This function roles core member of knowledge center of competence for NEV market and product, charging business operation related topics. Exchange experiences inside the company, as well as considering government policies and interpretation to strategic and tactic activities and products. This function is responsible for the E-Mobility Charging business operation, charging online and offline business, product and Charging service-related project management.
The tasks include:
- Private charging offer structure and service management
- Service quality management, incl. installation quality, customer satisfaction, charging card management
- SP partners management
- Community / compound charging service management
This service applies for all BMW Group including JV brands and models.
What awaits you?
- Successful contribution to the launch and implementation of all BMW Group EV products in terms of business implementation and network development.
- Coordinate/align with all EV sales/marketing/aftersales to gain efficiency and max. synergies for all private charging related topics.
- Private charging offer management in sales process also to support sales and dealers for customers' charging service.
- Installation quality, customer satisfaction, charging card management to ensure high business operation quality so as to enhance customer satisfaction.
- SP partner management in terms of contract management of charging offers, partners performance, implementation standards and process, trainings, etc.
- Community / compound charging to further explore charging solutions for customers so as to further support NEV sales.
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by line Mgr.
Qualifications and experience
- Diploma or master’s degree in business administration or engineering.
Fluent English.
- Negotiator competence with dealers and external parties (CPOs, SPs, etc.); ability to quickly gain dealer's trust and cooperation.
- Project management skills: ability to drive across organizational boundaries.
- Social skills to steer all process partners into the right direction and achieve the necessary results.
- Capability to comprehend complex and people related situations and to have a certain tactical and diplomatic sense of communication.
- Ability to work under pressure, ability to assert oneself as well as excellent ability to work in a team, excellent ability to communicate.
- Familiar with the Chinese automotive industry (EV) and the performance of the local car manufacturers.
- Working experience in e.g., one BMW market level as well as central level.
- Working experience in different sales or technic related business areas in the automotive industry.
- Technical background to basically understand the technical requirements and challenges of e-mobility.
