- Key objectives for this position is to build up Aftersales strategy and monitor the strategic direction & initiatives implementation and make sur ethe established goals can be fully reflected in each business areas. Also, to monitor aftersales market trend and conduct market research projects to support aftersales strategy development.
- This is a very essential role for management presentation preparation and key interface to different circles/conference etc. as well as overall aftersales coordination in the various areas incl. compliance, internal audit, PSC etc.
- Also monitor aftersales market trend including but not limited to macro economic, industry, customers and competitors and conduct market research projects to support aftersales strategy development.
- In charge of retail data review project incl also the vendor management of audit firms.
- Coordinate the Aftersales Circle, regional meeting, all Seniors meeting and also other aftersales meetings etc.

- Customer Support Strategy implementation monitoring.
- Monitoring aftersales market trend and leading the market research projects.
- Process owner of weekly Aftersales Cricle. In charge of topic consolidation, scheduling, initiating meeting minutes, documentation and action steering.
- Customer Support online & offline management conference and workshops organization and steering.
- Dealer retail audit implementation: develop and maintain data audit mechanism, process and improvement proposal within the dealer network to ensure the retail data quality for retail bonus evaluation.
- Responsible for 3 level PSC steering with all Customer Support teams.
- Management report and presentation preparation and quality control.
- Customer support compliance interface, to coordinate and make sure all the compliance request are realized in dept. daily business.
- Key projects management and coordination, DISS / Employee survey.
- Key business area analysis, including retention analysis, dealer profitability analysis & mornitoring.
- Aftersales internal conferences and workshops synergy checking and coordination.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Qualifications and experience
- Master in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or equivalent.
- Excellent knowledge in aftersales business, familiar with the automotive industry.
- Excellent in MS-office (word / excel / ppt), especially in ppt.
- Excellent communication skills and collobration with others.
- Self-motivated and working under time pressure.
- Focus and multi-tasks management with prioritization.
- Good in strategic thinking.
- Good english skill in both speaking and writing
- Experience in aftersales business, familiar with the automotive industry.
- Experience in steering and strategy development position.
- Project management experiences will be plus.
- People leading experience preferred.
