1) Consolidate and provide analytical support to sales team.
2) Support area manager with administrative and reporting related tasks.
3) Acted sales training interface between central & region.
4) Logistic tracking.
5) Organize regional sales conference.
6) Back up sales operation & pipeline management when needed.
What awaits you?
- To consolidate and provide analytical support to sales team pertaining but not limited to regional sales & market share performance, pricing, supply, stock mix, stock days, logistic.
- To support sales area manager draft regional promotion scheme ,maintain sales related documentations ,monitor and handling reimbursement process.
- To organize regional sales workshop and conference.
- To take on other assignment and serve as an interface between regional sales team and other department or dealers when sales area manager is not available.
- Logistic tracking for the new vehicles (normal retail and fleet).
- Sales training interface between central & region: e.g. support in training session registration push , collect the feedback from AM regarding training and coaching needs, support the competition regional session.
Qualifications and experience
- University degree
- Good command of English both in spoken & written.
- Good office application operation skills and good analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge on sales and marketing.
- Good communication and people skills.
- Dedicated, Self-organized.
- Willing to travel and work overtime.
- Experience with sales functions in auto industry.
