We are currently expanding our R&D teams in China and looking for new colleagues who will join our team at our new location Shanghai.

Your tasks:

• Management of Innovation and pre-development projects for demonstration of technical feasibility of innovative ideas for commercial vehicles
• Definition of project targets, compilation of project plan and execution with good management of task/timing/resource/budget/risk
• Control of the budgeted project costs, taking countermeasures at deviation or communication on budget adjustment for innovation projects
• Creation of concept matrices and feasibility studies
• Compilation and building of Innovation Validation Plans (IVP) based on concept study results, risk analysis, internal & external functional analysis in co-operation with the relevant Experts and Chief Engineers

Your profile:

• Master’s degree or above majored in mechanical / EE / automotive engineering etc.
• 8+ years working experience in commercial vehicle or automotive product engineering, in which over 3 years’ experience in technical project management
• Experience of advanced engineering or pre-development (esp. full cycle of ideation to innovation validation) would be advantageous
• Good knowledge and professional experience in electrification, connectivity, AD or ADAS
• Knowledge and relevant professional experience of project management processes
