PROFILE: Responsible for quality improvement and quality control for new project. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Quality improvement for reaching internal and customer quality requirement. • PPAP preparing • Dimension appearance & function test method define • ISIR • Customer complaint handling • Internal abnormal quality issue handling • Quality audit supporting • Potential quality risk evaluation and corrective action implement • Data capability statistic& analysis • Internal scrap reducing • LPA • Product audit/Process audit • Related quality document, CP, inspection WI. etc. • Follows Magna’s Code of Conduct & Ethics and related compliance policies • Performs all job functions abiding by the office/work standards (outlined in company handbook) • To comply with the company's safety production, environmental protection, occupational health-related regulations, and actively participate in the company's organization of EHS-related training. • Perform other duties as required HEALTH & SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Seeks out and corrects acts or conditions, ensuring all safety and non-safety rules and regulations are followed • Ensure adherence to established quality and housekeeping standards. • Review and adhere to health and safety, environmental, and quality standards, operating procedures, and policies • Respond immediately to items brought to his/her attention with respect to hazards, defects or non-compliance issues • Understand and uphold the policies that prohibit workplace violence and harassment • Involvement in the accident/incident program, determine root causes, correct action and following-up to ensure completion • Participate in all mandatory training • In addition to the above, the duties include those specified under the Occupational Health & Safety Act or Occupational Safety & Health Act PERFORMANCE MEASURES: • Internal Cost of poor quality • Customer quality performance (PPM, Sorting cost, Warranty) • Layered Audit Completion • Quality system qualification /Customer audit • Daily task completion
