Product communications
Collaborate with Market/Medical Science team to develop and implement communications strategy for New Product Launch, Annual Product/Medical Plan
Work with business and Medical to raise awareness of key disease areas
Develop product related communications materials, such as press release, statement, etc.
Deal with product related media inquiry, issue management
Review promotional and non-promotional materials
Measure and assess the impact of variety of communications events
Internal Communications
Coordinate with internal stakeholders on key events, initiatives.
Work with business to streamline and optimize internal communications channels within business unit
Qualification and Experience 能力与经验
Education/Qualifications教育程度/所获资格证书
University degree and above;
Journalism/Communications/Public Relations related major is a plus
Job Required Competencies岗位所需胜任力
6+ years’ Media/Communications/PR experience;
Strategic thinking and problem solving capabilities;
Demonstrated ability to apply general business knowledge and experience in a complex, fast-paced global environment;
Ability to develop strong partnerships across a multi-layered organization and external partners;
Demonstrated media management knowledge and relationship building capability, at both junior and senior level;
Innovative problem solving capacity
Ability to interact with senior management and communicate at all levels of the organization;
Creative, pro-active, calm under pressure, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflict;
Excellent English and Chinese writing & verbal communications skills;
Media and agency experience is a strong plus.
