主要工作职责： Major Duties & Responsibilities: Ÿ Draft, review and negotiate bilingual contracts, and update contract templates timely; review other legal documents, guidelines, company policies and SOPs etc.; Ÿ Conduct legal research and provide daily legal advice to internal clients; Ÿ provide legal support on BD projects and corporate/business restructuring projects etc.; Ÿ Handle litigation, arbitration and government investigation to protect company’s legal rights and interests; Ÿ Provide training/newsletter sharing to internal employees to ensure compliance with laws and company policies and procedures; Ÿ Liaise with global IP team, local IP firms and local authorities to support IPR application, transfer, maintenance and protection etc.; Ÿ Serve as a liaison with outside counsel and manage vendors as requested; Ÿ Other tasks or projects assigned by Line manager. 任职要求： Requisite Qualification & Experience: Ÿ LLB or above degree from a reputable law school. Ÿ China bar is a must. Ÿ At least 4-8 years of relevant legal experience gained within healthcare / pharmaceutical environment or, alternatively with a top-tier law firm representing healthcare clients; Ÿ Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
