Provide support for expatriate’s relocation, including flight ticket and hotel booking, house renting, airport pick up, monthly payment of Electricity, water, gas and any issue related to accommodation.
Personnel file management, follow up on-boarding and staff release.
Monthly declaration of Housing Fund and social insurance, and related daily management.
Responsible for staff attendance and leave record.
Assist recruitment, interview and performance review,Organize staff training and keep good record.
Support staff welfare activities with Any task assigned by Supervisor.
