应收:Key Responsibilities: Lead operation team on daily operation delivery to ensure the performance and meet KPI/SLA Keep good relationship with client, coordinate and solve issues between client and operation team, and lead team to provide high quality service Inculcate the culture of continuous improvement in the process, drive employee engagement and deliver productivity commitments Drive the key metrics to ensure to meet the financials and corporate measurement target Team management to ensure the stable operation Required Skills: Minimum 5 to 10 years working experience in F&A domain(AR) Minimum 3 years team management experience Excellent communication skills in English, both written & Oral; good interpersonal and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and willing to take challenge, new account transition experience is preferred Ability to multitask and drive several initiatives in parallel. Ability to handle multiple stakeholders Collaborative and Influencing skills, especially with client and other onshore teams to resolve obstacles ERP software proficiency is preferred (SAP/ORACLE/Dynamic, etc.) 总账:Responsibilities: Prepare and review account reconciliations, proposing adjustments as needed. Provide comprehensive overviews of assigned accounts, highlighting any movements during the period. Identify and escalate overdue reconciliation items for action, engaging with process owners for resolution. Prepare non-standard journal entries, ensuring compliance with approval processes. Review trial balances and generate final reports for client approval. Facilitate post-mortem review meetings to address unresolved issues promptly. Respond to inquiries and fulfill ad-hoc requests from entities in a timely manner. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to SOX compliance procedures. Perform bank validations and coordinate annual SOX instructions as required.
