Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for coordinating the project management of the company's food flavor, modified starch, pectin, pigment, phosphate, etc., docking suppliers and sales personnel to ensure the realization of the company's project goals;
2. Participate in the project implementation, guarantee and operation and maintenance management of the company's agent product promotion;
3. Put forward reasonable suggestions on the project implementation methods, implementation strategies and implementation plans, and maintain a good corporate image during the project process to ensure the implementation of the project;
4. Responsible for communicating with customers, coordinating project-related matters, maintaining communication on risks, problems and progress of customer projects, organizing project communication meetings and sending project reports on a regular basis to ensure that the project situation is understood;
5. Assist superiors to establish and continuously optimize sales management processes and business efficiency, including project sales progress, marketing team, business services, data monitoring and analysis, process optimization, etc.;
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, excellent ability can be relaxed to junior college, food science and engineering, medicine and food, food testing, biotechnology, fine chemicals and other related majors are preferred;
2. Have a strong self-motivation and strong ability to learn and summarize;
3. Have marketing thinking and pioneering spirit, patience and perseverance, and strong ability to bear pressure;
4. Proactive, good communication skills and teamwork skills, strong sense of responsibility, project management experience or team management experience is preferred;
5. Have good writing skills, have certain English reading and writing skills, and be proficient in using common office software;
6. Adapt to business trips outside the province.
