Job description:
1. Work on new product full function verify.
2. Work with designer for product bug dig and fix.
3. Collect AC/DC parameters and enhance product performance to meet design target or datasheet spec.
4. Complete new device qualification (Burn-in, cycling, ESD) and release product to mass production.
5. Monitor and improve CP/FT yield and handle low yield case.

Job qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in electronic engineering or related.
2.1~3 years of EEPROM/NOR Flash/NAND Flash working experience.
3.Be familiar with basic knowledge about memory cell and C language or other programming language.
4.Have experience with working on IC testing or design, FPGA experience, ATE debugging skill.
5.Good written and oral communications skills.
6.Process a good sense of responsibility and positive working attitude.
