Key Tasks • Project Controller o Maintain project master list for all projects in Engineering China o Weekly update project status including hours used, progress o Coordinate with project managers in local or global to mitigate the risks of projects o Assist Finance Manager in making forecast for the unit. • Assist financial routine work for Engineering China o Issue invoices for different services o Support timecards and invoice verification and payment process o Check timesheet and expense o Generate financial reports • Provide high-quality routine secretarial assistance for Engineering China o Arrange unit team building, outing and social activities o Support and coordinate logistics for meetings o Support business travel including air ticket, hotels etc. o Develop and maintain filing and archiving • Be HSE coordinator o Co-ordinate all Health, Safety and Environment issues and tasks at Engineering China o Assisting in office HSE tour, local HSE evaluation, Risk Assessment annual review and assisting unit managers in following up corrections and improvements. o Be responsible for HSE reporting • Assist on other assigned tasks per unit business needs Position Qualifications • University degree in a relevant discipline • Experience in an Finance/Administrative Coordinator position for team size between 30-50 members or more is an advantage. • Experience in internal/external invoicing process, good understanding in basic accounting knowledge • Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and Chinese • Proficient in Microsoft office suite (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Access) • Be customer-oriented and have effective communication skills • Structure and good at time management • Must have the ability to work accurately, with minimal supervision, under deadline situations in a fast-paced environment • Responsive, proactive, self-motivator with excellent service attitude
