Charging function is a key category in the NEV development, which is direct customer experience interface. That bring the necessary to hold the system view to managing the charging component function. The responsibility of Software & EE Technical-Project-Leader should cover the overall maturity planning and implementation of the charging component function and EE integration.
Tasks:
- Steer the function development according to the higher-level integration planning.
- Responsible for the software release and technical evaluation on the deviations.
- Operate relative system for the software logistic.
- Prepare relative documents and outputs, delivering on time for each milestone.
- Preparing and monitoring of timing plan and validation schedules. Interpretation and assessment of development progress and test results from suppliers. Assess and evaluate development steps, take corrective action if necessary.
- Manage the function integration from subcomponent to vehicle level and coordinate process partners.
- Steer all software and E/E changes according to the change process and ensure relative documents ready in the necessary system.
- Lead the problem solving relative to the charging function and support failure analysis from pre/post process.
- Central interface for interpretation of relative requirements and standards.
- Define test and validation strategy for software and EE components, review the test reports.
- Support on current or future innovation run successfully with supplier, timeline management, documentation and report.
Qualification:
Basic Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor, Master’s degree or above in automotive /mechanical engineering/ electronic engineering / mechatronic or similar.
- Fluent English. Additional language skills in German would also be welcome.
- Profound knowledge in the relevant Electric Powertrain properties on various influencing parameters and communication interface, software structure.
- Project management experience in the hybrid/electrification environment (ideally with el. HV components, incl. E/E components).
- Rich knowledge in Functional development process and implementation.
- Be familiar of AUTOSAR tool, matlab/Simulink, CAN communication/ calibration tools.
- Be familiar with safety relevant standards, e.g. ISO26262, GB/T 34590, ISO6469, and so on and EMC standards, e.g. CISPR22, CISPR25, ISO7637 and so on.
- Process knowledge in component function development, simulation, calibration and/or testing, ideally for HV component development in electrical powertrain.
- Strategic and analytic thinking and acting.
- Be able to react fast due to situation/condition change on site. Be able to analyze and find solution independently.
- Assertiveness, initiative and motivation.
- High flexibility in a high dynamic environment.
