Roles & Responsibilities
Drive and Deliver Innovative + Soulful Storytelling
‣ Curate premium product journey; lead, drive space/vm planning and execution in responsible areas. Collaborate with x-functional GC Retail Marketing and Merch in bringing storytelling to life. Include -
- Must Win priorities (campaign)
- Season launch + monthly flow update
- 365 commercial and foundational stories
‣ Create consumer impact and build distinction between Field of Play
‣ Understand brand strategies and Nike VM principals, ensure holistic application throughout the store that meet brand presentation standards
‣ Coordinate within Nike x-functionally and external vendors, occasional overnight work to oversee campaign and season launch installations
Deliver Profitable Growth through Retail Excellence
‣ Know and hold self accountable to achieve business goals together with x-functional teams in HOI
‣ Agile to address presentation concerns, drive business opportunities while balancing brand
‣ Strong sensitivity and understanding for product seasonality and market needs
‣ Partner with GCHQ and field leaders to provide feedback on product, presentation, consumer journey and experiences
