职责描述：
1. HSE
- Be familiar with various safety related laws, regulations and policies.
- Be familiar with the company's safety rules and policies.
- Be familiar with site emergency response plan.
- Responsible for PSI update and management
- Join in site hazard study


2. Site project
- Responsible for site process activities
- Responsible for AR prepare, submit and monitor
- Responsible for site rectification actions tracking


3. CI
- Responsible for ANT projects initiation & tracking
- Responsible for GS collection, assessment & tracking
- OEE analysis
- RFT management
- Support BB project


4. New capex project
- Responsible for site information sharing
- Support process design
- Monitor new process implementation



【任职要求】
任职要求：
1. B.S degree or above in Chemical Engineering or Technology, applied chemistry, chemical safety
2. ＞3 years working experience in Chemical production or process safety
3. Good comprehension of chemicals, process and safety
4. Good command of English in both written and oral
5. Good critical thinking, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
6. Good computer skill and knowledge regarding CAD
