Job Responsibilities:

1. Product explanation and customer technical communication before sales, providing product application solutions.
2. Provide targeted product knowledge and technical guidance to customers, front-line sales, and other internal staff.
3. Guidance and planning for the setup of high-throughput sequencing laboratory, bioinformatics, report processes, and project implementation.
4. Writing of English manuscripts and training promotional materials.
5. Discovery, feedback, and research to solve technical issues.

1. A post-graduate degree or above, majoring in clinical medicine, oncology, biology, genetics, or related fields;
2. Overseas technical support, having good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills;
3. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of drafting plans and organizing text, ability to handle pressure, and adaptable to business trips;
4. Have good problem-solving abilities, a sense of responsibility, a spirit of dedication and strong learning capabilities, and possess a good team collaboration spirit;
5. Preference will be given to those with high-throughput sequencing, in-vitro diagnostics, tumor genomics, or related research or development experience.
