· Maintain good communication with sales/production and other relevant parties, fully consider delivery timeliness, minimum production waste and other factors to make the best production plan, and timely communicate and coordinate when the plan changes.
与销售 /生产等相关方保持良好的沟通，充分考虑交付及时性、最小生产浪费等因素制定最佳生产计划，并在计划发生变更时进行及时沟通协调。
· Organize and mobilize the logistics team to implement the job missions and tasks resolutely and the requirements of the management.
安排、组织和调动仓储物流团队坚决执行岗位目标任务和主管领导工作要求；
· Actively identify and solve the risks existing in the production plan, [5M1E] fully prevent the possible risks.
积极发现解决生产计划存在的风险，【5M1E】充分预防可能的风险。
· Responsible and manage logistic department. Improve the logistics supply service system, and continuously improve the service level. Ensure the daily work is smooth and effective; prepare the DO and bill of loading according to the sales order and make sure shipments be arranged accuracy.
负责和管理物流仓储，完成送达货物的核定工作。完善物流供应服务制度，不断提升为客户服务的业务水平；保证日常工作流程顺畅有效；根据计划有序准备发货清单及提货单，安排（公路、铁路、海运）运输方式确保及时安全到货，并有效管理运输发票。
· Keep communication with Production & Procurement departments always, make sure supply and delivery are smoothly and safety unloading. Make sure correct data are entered in SAP.
工作中与生产部、采购部保持信息畅通，协调好原材料的库存供给和运输，并确保进厂物资及时安全卸货，在SAP系统中做好入库、出库及库存台账；
· Provide daily work reports to ensure systems data, manual operating data and actual inventory are match; Skilled operation SAP system and complete the warehousing work , do regular inventory report, etc..
提供实时管理和日常工作报告，确保计算机系统、手工操作系统数据和实际存货一致；熟练操作及正确运用SAP系统，完成出入库工作及定期或不定期的盘点报告等。
· Formulate and implement the management system of material and finished products to ensure the materials no deterioration.
制订并实施材料库及成品库的管理制度和管理方法，确保库存产品或材料的材质不变；
· Reasonable planning and utilization of warehouse space to maximize the utilization of warehouse resources
合理规划、利用货物存储空间，实现仓库资源利用最大化
Requirements & competencies
岗位要求和岗位能力
· Bachelor degree on logistic, supply chain or related majors;
本科及以上学历，物流、供应链等相关专业经验；
· Minimum 3years working experience in production planning of various products;
至少3年多种产品生产计划排产经验；
· Experienced on communicating within plant and foreign colleagues of other plants or functions;
在工厂内各部门以及和兄弟工厂的外国同事沟通方面经验丰富；
· Warehouse and logistic experience;
仓库管理和物流经验；
· At least 2-year experience on people management and development;
至少2年人员管理和发展经验；
· Proficient skill on communicating, collaboration and cooperation;
具有良好的沟通、协作和合作能力；
· Can manage several tasks at the same time and work under pressure;
能同时处理多项任务，并能承受工作压力
· Self-motivated improvement thinking;
自我激励和改善思维；
· Experience on SAP;
SAP 知识和技能
· English can be work language;
